Never Stop Looking Up

In my strength

There are many times I look at my to-do list and calendar and feel overwhelmed.
I’ve cried “God, I can’t do all this…”

The demands of everyday life with the many added extras we now have.
-The appointments
-The emotional toll
-Mentally stretched thin
-Just the checklist to get out the door on a school day!!!

It is exhausting!

It leaves me tired, worn out and at the end of myself.

Wise Words

It is then I remember what my friend often reminds me of

“He is right there with you…”

He does not leave me to walk these days alone but walks with me every step.

As I learn along this journey to trust Him more. I learn to keep looking up. To lean into my God, My Father for all that I need.

I lift up my eyes to the mountainsβ€” where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. -Psalm 121:1‭-‬2

If all I look at is my to-do list I know I can never do all this. But, when I remember to Look Up I remember that I don’t have to do all this on my own.

My strength comes from one greater than me.

My strength comes from the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth!

It is only as I abide in Him that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Never Stop Looking Up

you have to look up to see the rainbow, look up and remember the promises of God, look up and remember where your strength comes from…

the maker ofΒ  heaven and earth

we get to call Him “Father”

Thank you for never leaving me alone but walking every step of this life with me. Thank you for the privilege of getting to come before you, the maker of the heavens and earth, and call you Father. I continue to be in awe that you, my God, walk so closely with me. Your love is so amazing that I will never be able to grasp how deep and how wide it is but I will spend eternity thanking you for it, starting with today. Thank you for your grace that gives me the strength to walk out this calling on my life. Let me be a light for you here and encourage those around me.

~Amen
